Payment and Change Policies

When boarding your bus, always be ready to pay your exact fare with cash or by ORCA card. Below are a few reminders for when preparing for a trip:

Payment Policy
The Everett Transit Customer Service Center accepts the following:

  • Cash
  • Personal checks (make checks payable to Everett Transit)
  • VISA or MasterCard (credit card payments are not available by mail or phone)
  • ID is required for checks and credit cards. 

Change Policy

  • Drivers do not carry change.
  • Stop by the customer service center at Everett Station and staff will be happy to make change.
  • Staff can make change for bills of $20 or less.
